AA-12 shotgun...?

no such thing.
the AA12 is a purpose built fully automatic shotgun.
besides, the 24 (iirc) round drum makes it a Destructive Device according to the ATF, meaning an NFA tax stamp would be required IF it was ever made available to civilians (which it's not).
closest you're gonna get is a "streetsweeper" (12round drum fed pump gun), but even that's gonna require the tax stamp.
