I am a MA citizen current on active duty in NC. My enlistment will be up shortly. Now from what I can understand from reading the MA Laws forum, Even with an LTC A I cannot own a magazine over 10rnd capacity. I have several 40rnd and 30 rnd mags for my mini14 and a m&p40 with a 15 rnd mag. I bought all of that while I was here legally.
1) Are there any restrictions on transferring the magazines/weapons back home when my enlistment expires?
2) Would it be a good idea to stock up on 'MA non-compliant' items while I can?
