9mm price, reloads for empty brass

Could a group buy match Walmart's prices on 9mm ammo? I have a box of 25 9mm Luger 115gr FJ Manufactured in South Africa by Denel at $3.25. That's $6.50 for 50. Dug them out of the back of my ammo case, because they were an odd size. I think I have one more box of those left. I wish I had bought hundreds of them. Anyone reload 9mm who would be willing to trade a bunch of empties for some reloads? Maybe 150 once fireds for 50 reloads?
