Provided it doesn't qualify as an SBR regarding barrel length, you can have as many evil features on a bolt, manual, or lever action shotgun you would like (with the exception of supressors unless you're an 07ffl).

Nice job. Yes that standalone would be legal with your tax stamp. But coming in at over $3k might be out of my league!
