I have not paid much attention to DX hunting for a while. I am at 264 (current) confirmed entities and have been idle there for a number of years. Decided this morning to search the web and see what events were current or coming up.
Sure enough I learned a team of Latvian operators has wrapped operations as 3C3W and is now moving to Annobon to operate as 3C0W. That would be a new one for me, going to have to give it a try. Here is their website...
3C3W, 3C0W - Amateur Radio DX-pedition to Equatorial Guinea and Annobon island, March 2018
Also for anyone that has not logged Spratly Islands there is a team supposed to be there as 9M0W till the 13th. I already have that entity but they are said to be concentrating on 80 and 160 meters to the US so 80 could be a new band for me (no antenna for 160).
I cannot get their website to open but her is the URL...
