Is Tula 30 Carbine ammo a decent choice. Clean, reliable, and inexpensive? (.30 a round) Just for plinking with a WWII model.

Thx

Try a box. There's no reason it shouldn't function just fine. I never ran it, but I don't think it was available back when I had a carbine.

I've fired some Tula through my Rock-Ola with no problem. It made noise and hurled a chuck of lead into a target just fine.

I used a good amount of wolf in mine. All you can do is try it or pay 20 cents more for
aguila. I found remington UMC to be the worst I have tried.

I don't think I knew Wolf or Tula made 30 carbine ammo. I've only shot PPU through mine which runs great. I did shoot a box of the UMC stuff and it seemed dirtier.

The PPU costs about $18-$19 shipped so if you spend an extra few $ you can at least get brass cased ammo if you wanted to reload.
