Overview:
For sale is my 1987 Boston Whaler Revenge 25 Walk Through. It has twin counter rotating Johnson 225 hp motors mounted to a factory installed Whaler Drive. This is a great setup as it provides you with a larger deck and a closed transom. It also increases the water line, adding stability and control in rough water. It has a 140 gallon tank and VRO tanks in the stern. A great deal of effort has been made to keep the boat as original as possible when it was delivered by the dealer. I have kept all of the factory electronics and have some of the manuals for anyone interested in a restoration.

Current condition of the boat:

Exterior

At the time of purchase in 2013, all original decals were removed and new hand-cut Boston Whaler OEM decals were purchased. This season the hull was wet sanded, polished and has received two coats of wax.
Last year all of the teak was removed and sanded as the previous owner had applied polyurethane at some point and it was peeling off. A penetrating teak sealer was then applied to bring it back to a more natural state.
All canvas is from Mills and includes a bimini (+ spare), front and side windows and back curtain. All of the isinglass is in great shape with no major scratches or scuffs. The canvas also comes with Mills storage bags. It was last waterproofed/sealed in 2015 and is still working fine. Some of the zippers have been replaced, and some will need replacement.

Interior

· Interior cushions are in excellent condition. They are kept off the boat until we use them.
· Interior teak, lighting and upholstery is still in great shape.
· The multifunction light at the bow has had new wire run to it, which is not a fun project to undertake.

Electronics

· Furuno radar. Operational last time it was used in 2014.
· Standard Horizon 175C GPS/Fish Finder
· Standard Horizon VHF
· LED forward lights installed 2015
· (Not installed, but have) OEM LORAN unit

Work performed on boat:

2013

· Anodes replaced on hull and motors
· All new OEM decals
· Replaced fuel hose from filler neck to tank
· Circuit panel updated, new wiring
· All seam caulking was removed and resealed
· Canvas sealed
· Wet sanded and polished
· New bottom paint
· Winterized and shrink wrapped at end of season

2014
· Hull polished and waxed (2x)
· VHF antenna replaced
· Winterized and shrink wrapped at end of season

2015
· Teak serviced and sealed
· Starboard lower unit and shift cable replaced
· Canvas sealed
· Winterized and shrink wrapped at end of season

2016
· New 750gph bilge pump installed in aft quarter Jun 2016
· Water pumps replaced
· Motors tuned up
· Thermostats, gaskets replaced
· Wet sanded, polish, wax (2x)
· Compass has been refilled with fluid

What it will need:
Bottom paint will be needed at the end of this season.

What to be aware of:
The original motors are still installed. If you want to keep them, I'm sure you can still get several more seasons out of them, but this is subject to how well you know older OMC motors. I haven't had any issues this year after working out some kinks with the water pump on the counter rotating motor.
