Sears and Roebuck, a few scuffs as you can see, some superficial rust on metal. I haven't fired it, its been buried in a safe wrapped in a blanket for probably a couple decades. I have a box or 2 of 16 gauge if you are interested. $400 open to trades, ammo, revolvers, just about anything with wheels or a firing pin....
