Any reports from Lewiston?

Went early Saturday morning. Parking as usual sucked and with some new stuff at the college a bunch of parking is gone up by the fields. Still in that time of year where a bunch of street parking is "no parking" signed. Inside it was packed ful of the usual camo clad people oogling and rubbing their hands on anything and everything. The rest were blocking aisles chatting with whomever they hadn't seen in a week or two. (idiots) A LOT of black plastic. Prices on what I was looking at/for were high even for a gun show. Handguns had a pretty even distribution among the styles/brands and such. Rifles...seemed to be a lot of bolt guns - plenty of standard shotguns too. Had a couple tables full of jewelry and beef jerky and of course the tables of junk knives. Bought nothing!
10/22's used for what new ones go for (and yes they were just the standard carbine not an special variation) and not a single Ruger #1 in the building. In and out in an hour.

Was interesting seeing a "man" there dressed as Jesus, pinkish/red hair, hunter orange gloves and a satchel. He as inquiring about a "target" rifle at one table, a nice older Hopkins & Allen. Odd fellow but at least he had taste. Parts and magazines were seemingly big sellers as those guys were swamped.
