mint condition FN USA M-16 A3 style complete upper. 20". Flat top so you can customize optics. Front Sight but it's removable. purchased by me from a Florida gun range. never fired.
*the flash hider is not Mass-AWB compliant so you must get it pinned and comp'd on new lowers. I have gunsmiths who can do that for you.
it is currently at my apartment in Coral Gables FL...I'm from Mass but renting & working here currently.
