Shooting my 10/22 takedown with an x-22 backpacker stock today for the second time and what I really really want is a scope with magnification. I’ve seen the specific mag pul optic mount, but it’s for a red dot sight. I have these awesome tru glo sights on it now, but I want a mount to be able to use those plus a scope. Anybody have any sort of recommendations of what to use? I’ve been on midway and cheaper than dirt and found a see through scope mount, but I haven’t seen any reviews for use with the x-22 stock. I’m sure I could machine some sort of custom contraption to do what I need to raise up a picatinny mount. I’d rather use something made for this setup. Any help or input would be awesome.

Looked at a lite take down yesterday. Nice gun I plan on getting so am curious of scope recommendations also.

I went red dot, but after research though this or similar plus the magpul optic mount would work.
