All things, MA non-resident LTC

Received my new Massachusetts non-resident "class A large capacity temporary license to carry firearms" license in the mail last week (5 April 24.) I went for my interview in Chelsea on 19 December 23. The license came with the attached letter from the FRB.

If I’m reading that correctly, that means we wouldn’t need to appear in person on the 6th year intervals.
that would be great.

I'm on my 8th year and haven't had to go back yet. I suspect they understand it's a waste of time unless something about you gets their attention.

I sent in my renewal at the beginning of March.

Bear in mind that I just did my 6-year "in-person interview" = last year (2023).

Well, I just received my letter showing that I have another renewal in-person interview this September.

Wonderful .....

I'd make a phone call and see if that was in error.

Ended up having to ask them to move my initial interview due to a business trip. Was supposed to be in July of 2023, they scheduled for Feb of this year (I mailed my application packet in Jan of 23). With that finally coming up in a few weeks, figured I’d ask what kind of questions to expect.

Forgot to update this thread, finally got mine around April 25th or so, roughly 11 weeks after the interview.
