Xs Sights

ayone one here ever use one of xs sights scout scope mounts for lever guns?
i have been looking at their web site but the picture sucks,it says no gunsmithing requried but i know how that goes.reason i ask is i would like to mount a scope on my model 94 to use in upstate new york for deer season.
any help would be great.

I can't comment on the scope mounts. However, I recently purchased a set of their Ghost Ring sights for my Wichester Trapper Carbine. The front dovetail sight is tough to install. I took it to Four Seasons for installation and their guy could not do it. I contacted XS and they said "any gunsmith worth his apron should be able to install it". Took it to another guy who says it does not fit. So I would take the no gunsmithing required statement with a grain of salt.
