Never intended for sale to the general public. These are raw castings that have been heat treated at the foundry with no machining performed on them. These are 5" government size but can be machined down for commander builds. These were supposed to be manufactured into a frame but ended up at an auction when a manufacturer closed. Made by Pine Tree Castings (owned by Ruger) here in Arizona and supplied to many other manufacturers. They are ordnance steel (can be blued) and have the hard to find thick dust cover for machining a standard rail. These are the same that Caspian used (before they went to the "small window" grip cutout) in their earlier railed 1911s and earlier Colt and Smith and Wesson railguns. These have most of the important features cast into the design already but do need quite a bit of machining. Of course, the magazine, trigger and grip safety seen in photo is not included in this sale, price is negotiable if buying multiples. Some of these do have slight handling marks but they'll all machine off. Shipping includes tracking and insurance. Any questions? let me know.
