Close but probably just probation as the jails are full of innocent under privileged people. So I suspect a suspended sentence because all of his past arrests can't be brought into this case since they are not related.

But if you are a legal hard working tax payer and your name is on the FRB Criminal Systems History Page because you followed the laws in your State. Well then you are already a criminal just waiting to be caught and away you go for life.
