worcester pistol amd rifle club work party

As a member I dont know if I will be able to make the work party but for thoughts/ideas (and donations) on things like maybe having some posts with threaded/braided line and a few AR550 gong targets hung for people to use set at 100 yards on the rifle range who would I contact? I just dont seem to get many responses from the general email.
