Yes they are. My Mother worked there in 1942 while waiting for her intake into the Navy. When I was a preteen she taught me how to shoot the M1 Garand.

What a great Heritage!

My favorite M1 Rifles that I own are all Springfield Armory built.
Followed by: HRA, Winchester Arms, and finally International Harvester.
I don't own a SA Inc. Genesco, Ill but would if I could find a nice, early production model...

Great rifles you have there. Love all the wood. Even the well-worn specimen that looks like it was dragged through Bastone, Iwo or the Chosin.
