Has anyone here done a winter camo spray job on a rifle or shotgun? I've got a project in mind and am looking for pattern ideas. I'm thinking of going with Duracoat. Nothing elaborate or complex, just something simple.

I did this to the stock of my M1A:

It's just some white Krylon in a can, a few passes of black webbing, and then a few coats of matte clear to seal it up.

I'd also like to try Duracoat or Durabake on another project, painting both the stock and the metal, but haven't taken the plunge just yet.

Ray, what the heck you gonna do with it in summer time ??? WHat about just wrapping some winter camo fabric around what your lookin at.. or buying different furniture for different seasons

I've seen (don't remember where) people do a gray undercoat, then throw some sticks and leaves on top of the gun and spray white. Came out looking pretty good.
