Must be BLACK. Must be made in Windham, ME (not Ilion, NY). Must have polymer handguard (see above).
Prefer folding stock, and unpinned muzzle, 16" barrel... willing to settle for fixed stock and pinned muzzle.
Do not care about optics, irons, mags, etc, as long as it's in clean functional condition!
