Will Gen 5 sights fit a Gen 3? (Glock)

I'm putting Ameri-glo sights on my G19. Right before I go to checkout and place my order, I see in fine print, they're for a gen 5. So, will gen 5 sights fit a gen 3? A quick search indicated they will fit, but then the conversations devolved into arguing about POI/POA, which hold is better bla bla bla

I just put a set of sights that were on my old 3rd gen on a 5th gen slide, so likely.
