Wilbraham has a large police force much larger then what you would think for it's size keeping the town safe. They sit on Boston Rd with there plate reader and arrest those with outstanding warrants at least someone is doing something in the greater Springfield area.

If you don't have a license I don't think they can charge you with that. Think about it for more than 10 seconds. Might be potential 5A violation as well.
