Where to get muzzle brake pinned in Metrowest?

I need to get a muzzle brake pinned and welded.
I searched and a lot of people recommend 1776 Gunsmithing but does anyone have a recommendation for a gunsmith in the Metrowest/Worcester area?

Pullmans in Worcester. Their specialty is micro welding. I've seen work where you couldn't see where it was pinned.

Pullman may do good work, but $75 to pin/weld a brake is a little much... Especially since it doesn't even include a brake or anything.

Yup. Was over there yesterday talking with Don. I wept quite openly, I feel like he broke up with me. I do believe one of his smiths is gonna open up a place though, but more towards the Milford area.

Took mine to B&K and they sent it off to 1776, but someone mentioned here that they were moving out of state and not taking any more work.

Oh, that's too bad. 1776 did some work for me last year and I was about to call them. I think I will try Dave Santurri. I have heard good things about him.

No. It wasn't ready. The brake I bought (Strike Industries King Comp) wasn't predrilled and he couldn't drill through. He called 1776 and they said they wouldn't be able to drill through either. He said he will attach it a different way. Not sure how he'll do it. I'll pick it up Tuesday.

Now I know to check to see if the brake is predrilled next time.
