My favorite would probably be my 1901 Colt New Army & Navy in .38LC (yes, it locks up properly and I still shoot it - see the sooty cylinder)...

I'm going to have to say my 1920's (I think) Winchester Model 12, which was my grandfather's.
My Winchester model 12 that I think is from 1941 that I got from my grandpa that he got from my grandmas step dad
