What's the going rate for a LNIB 686-4 these days?

They're not exactly rare so I'd say probably under $600, unless yours has an exceptionally good trigger/action job or a chamfered cylinder.
ETA: You didn't note the barrel length, so that might affect the price. If it was a rarer length (eg, 3") it might be worth more, assuming they offered that length on the -4....
