What would a good scout scope be with lighted reticle?

I'm interested in trying out a "scout scope" configuration on an m1 carbine, mounting a long eye relief scope forward on a railed handguard (the one from Ultimak).

Can anyone recommend a good scope for this, something like 4x, with a lighted reticle. I'm trying to find something less than $200 which has solid quality.
