What not to do when your friend calls you

Here's the situation. Local PD stops a driver who has no proof of actually having a driver's license. The driver calls his friend on the cell phone to come down and pick him up as the car is being towed. The friend arrives and the officer asks to see HIS license. Uh-oh. Driver #2 is sans license and now his car is being towed.

I wonder if they'll call someone else to come down and pick them up? This could go on all night.
