In my hand.

Came off the skid plate of my dirtbike and I need another one, the other one the shoulder ripped off so it's bascially just a washer and a sleeve.

Google Eye brings back results, but not the name of the damn thing so I can buy one. The manufacturer of the skidplate(AXP)doesn't have any hardware listed for replacement.. Although they are a French company so it doesn't surprise me.

Took a better pic:

Could you just stack washers until you find the part?

Did you call the dealership?

I have questions that need to be answered.
That goes inside a skid plate made of HDPE, the bolt that goes through that plate is attached to the frame and is under a lot of stress and would probably crack the plastic if i just threw the bolt in there.

The company is in France.

No dealers in the US at all? No distributor?

Bunghole, exxxtra small. [laugh]

Looks like a T-nut though possibly without threads?

Can't you just order a few extra parts bikes from KTM's bankruptcy sale?

Stop rubbing it in.. I kicked myself after I bought it because they filed like 2 months later and I probably could have gotten an even better deal.
eMTB gives me enough of a dirt fix around here but once we retire in the next couple years if we head back south I'll need to fill the ski racing gap. Already decided I'll do that with a KTM 300. Exact version depends on what kind of local riding is available.

Funny how the mechanical minds here on the forum are generally a better resource than specific car/bike/truck forums LOL.

something like this shoulder washer, as sky soldier already pointed out. good luck on the search, I wonder if an Ace Hardware may have something you could use in their hardware section if you've got one local.
I might try Ace, already went to HD and Tractor Supply.

This is literally the last thing I need to get to put my bike back together lol

lost the pin for my 10-22 that goes in the trigger and aligns the bolt and mag release and went to ACE looking for a pin. they didn't have exactly what I needed with a straight pin but did have a taper pin that worked and got me me back up and running for a buck.
they have a good selection of hardware there to look at in person, better than I've found at HD or Lowes.

grainger

If you have a grainger local, find an acceptable part number online and see if they have them as well should ACE not work, but they seem to be in bulk where ACE could be individually.

Should have known better than try to help a KTM owner.

:p
Shit was frustrating the hell out of me, finally put it on and pretty much finished the winter work.

Ended up finding a stainless sleeve that was amazingly the perfect diameter and I just had to cut it to length. Plenty of M6 bolts of various sized laying around..I actually thing my solution is more sturdier than the stock hardware.

Anyways..

I think I am done.

For now :)

If you've never done this, you have not done enough fixing things. [laugh]
Tru story
I was fixing an outside light on a ladder, dropped one screw and for the life of me couldn't find it. Got a great idea, dropped the second screw and "watched" it fall so I could see where the first one went. Lost them both!🤣

Check out riv nuts. (Screw nuts) I had one come out of my sled so I bought the tool and a bunch of different size rivnuts off amazon. Useful tool.

Those are great for heavy duty applications. I resurrected an old Land Rover that my wife had totaled and installed a new very heavy duty bumper and brush (tree?) guard system. Besides the existing mounts I had to mount some brackets to the frame with large rivnuts. Super solid and bulletproof.
