In Georgia, a person must be 18 to marry without parental consent or 16 to marry with parental consent.
But if the couple has a child or the woman can show she is pregnant, the age requirement doesn't apply.

so you can marry a child as long as you knock her up or vice versa.. [shock]
and its only illegal if one doesnt manage to inpregnate the other?

Yea, but still. That boy is going to be a god down there. Sad to say, but with teenage boys...he was getting busy with a kids mom. And even though she's not that one teacher (hubba-hubba) she's not that bad looking.

And when you're a 15 year old boy with raging hormones, it's almost like having beer goggles on.

It's sad, but it's true. Kid or not, and for the right reasons or not, he's going to be idolized by his peers.
