What have you purchased lately?

So, I've been thinking in the next year or so, to go into Classic Cowboy Frontier Cartridge. So I would have to get all new guns, but I don't care about that. I'll always look for a reason to get new guns. All loads will have to be black powder. So I'm going to have to find someone that will carry black powder and not synthetic. And I'm going to have to buy a shotgun reloader...but that's down the road. LOL!

Ross, IMNSHO, real Black works better and lights easier.

You still should bring it with you, since you can still use some of my stuff to try it out.

What about it's "static" properties. Is there a higher risk of it sparking when working with it? Or is it more of people just making a bigger deal to get people to use what they have instead of looking for BP.

Personally, I think the real stuff is SAFER. Less of a chance to blow the gun up, in the case of an overload.

The biggest thing is that the .gov doesn't want some of us to have access to explosives. Wait until you have to go through background checks to buy fertilizer.

Oh, and static properties? Not much risk, unless you get STUPID. Gasoline is far more dangerous.
