The idiot that was suing everyone in the Commonwealth because his rights had be impinged (he thought) - same guy that had previous questionable criminal stuff?

It was the very poorly worded lawsuit that he felt would fully transform gun laws in MA.

So now he has to serve the 200+ people listed in the suit - so basically it's going to die on the vine. Good.
