EDIT: To get back on topic, the only gun control I support is mandatory safety courses (that aren't price gouging so that poor people can arm themselves, too) and a 60-second NICS check.

OMG, I actually agree with you on something! The individual mandate (a Romney contribution, BTW, not original with Obama) is clearly unconstitutional. I am fairly confident the Supreme Court will rule it unconstitutional, although not in time to avoid major problems in health care.

Well, there is a reason we call it romneycare. If it wasn't for him polishing that turd, it would have never been passed into law.
