What are you getting yourself for Christmas?

I had a Ruger RPR in 338 Lapua in my hands today and then I came to my senses when I started thinking about a scope, ammo, reloading supplies and tools plus the fact that I don't have access to any range longer the 300 yards so I put it back down.

I came home and ordered an Aimpoint CompM4S and a LaRue mount from LT.

Charter Arms Pathfinder shipped from Iowa to great dealer in Natick, gfa. After 100 rounds through it, flawless, sticky to eject, but I'm happy. The last Pathfinder I bought I had to return as the pawl broke. So far, so good! Love the 8 shot capacity. Like this one from the web:

The Olive Oil works best, 🤔 ... but I love the smell of Butter. 😍

This will go on my 03 Taco. I kept that to use as a utility truck after getting my 21. The frame on my 03 is only 3 years old so im not worried about that. Got tired of snowblowing my driveway and my mothers driveway especially at night with the wind whipping around or rain on top of snow and ending up with a 2 foot slush berm at the front of the driveway after the town plow goes through. My driveway isn't real big but this will make things easier for myself to do both instead of using the blower.

Very practical!

Redding T7s seem to be back in stock. I’ll probably grab one of those as late Christmas /early birthday treat.
Been sitting on a back order T7 extra turret for 9 months now. I almost thought they just gave up on making anything

My siblings and I got our father one for christmas/retirement. Like a kid in a candy shop :D

Which resort?
Friends recommended the Divi. I don’t really care as long as I can be left alone on a beach with a few beers and maybe a fruity frozen thingy every few hours
The divi is a very fun spot. Tons to do. Casino is a 5 minutes walk down the beach.
On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 5-6. There are much better resorts on the island. Just book your restaurant reservations the day you get in. You will definitely not be disappointed though.

I suggest that you opt for the led lights on it as an extra treat for yourself and your sanity. I got a new f250 Last year with an 8’ fisher without the leds and the lights on it are not very bright at all.

Had one of those for about 8 years. Did a nice job but rusted frequently after about 6 years.
Had to have it welded quite a few times.

We are very blessed this year - my wife and I finally bought a proper home in NH - 25 acres with a well maintained, modest home and several out buildings. My wife survived 'Rona this summer - we almost lost her, but she fought hard and pushed through. I should call it good, but I think I'm gonna finally jump and snag a PVS14 so I can yeet all the 'yotes from my back door 🤣

Very Merry Christmas to all you friggin' lunatics!
