All poultry cans beautifly. It retains its texture and is even better when you season it first. I raw pack de-boned, skinless chicken. never had a bad batch and we're eating poultry I canned 3years ago. Taste is fine.How does chicken come out? Seems to me like the process would leave it soft and over cooked.
