I am a new resident to NY (here 2 yrs) and do not know how things are done here.
Where I am from a person can bring their rifle into the show (with zip tie through chamber) and carry it around with a stick in the barrel with a sign on the end giving details and price. Then, once it is sold to another private individual the person can then look around and buy a different rifle/shotgun from another private individual doing exactly the same thing.
Basically private indivuals buying and selling in the gunshow.
Is this ok to do in upstate NY, NH, and Mass.?
