Not being into Dave Matthews, I believe you have in figured it out.
My friend Google tells me there is in fact a song titled "Too Much" by Dave Matthews.
But for the rest of us, people do indeed act Dumb Too Much.

It's really just one in the same. Someone who feels the need to profess their love for DMB in the form of a license plate, just adds to the dumb...

NH is no better on the price of vanity plates.

Can you tell I like Star Wars?

Didn't have the car registered yet at the time of the pic, hence why the plate not properly mounted.

But they do allow 7 digits instead of 6, and they have have three extra characters to choose from, thus allowing many more possibilities.

It was on a minivan, woulda been cool if it was on a sports car or something like that.

Really? They get you $50/year over and above the regular cost of the registration? 'cause that's what MA does. I figured that the reason I saw so many more up in NH was that they were cheaper.

I never would have guessed! [laugh] I used to have a car I referred to as the Millenium Falcon. It was white... and red primer, and gray primer, and silver(!) primer. Everyone took one look at it and did a Luke Skywalker imitation: "What a piece of junk!" But it would make .5 past light speed... (Mazda RX2 - fast little bugger!)

I kick myself in the A$$ all the time, back many many years ago when my father had to stop driving the Registry told him I could take over his VET Plate as a vanity plate. I was poor and just starting a family and couldn't swing it. To this day I wish I had.

    The plate was V484 !!!

I may check with the Registry about getting it for my truck now, it will be a vanity plate done up on the regular MA plate and not a MA VET plate so I would think they would do it ??? I'll have to punch it into the "check to see if this plate is available link" and see if they will do it.

EDIT AH darn they won't let me take it out, those bums !!!

"V484" is not a valid vanity plate. Please verify that the plate you entered...

•...consists of only numbers and letters.
•...begins with at least 2 letters.
•...is no larger than 6 characters.
•...does not intermix letters and numbers.

Here's the link if you want to check a plate to do: mass.gov/rmv/vanity

EDIT 2 I just checked if I add another V (VV484) they said OK and they OKed (VD484) and (VIP484), I don't think I would want that one ( VD484, and they most likly would say no if I requsted it), I checked (DAD484) and they said that would go through.

I think that would be a nice tribute to my father-------------- DAD484

    I may just do that!!!

It was parked outside of a military recruitment office.
I don't think Mass would let you get away with this one, not PC.
BTW, I noticed that it expired two days ago. [wink]

When I was a tech, we had a customer with "DogNutz" as her plate. I laughed my ass off every time I saw it in the lot. One day, I was asked to pick the owner up at work because she didn't have a ride to get her Truck. Turned out to be a 60y/o lady that was in fact a Dog Nut and used the truck to go around the country for dog shows.

I always wondered if she realized what most people thought of her plates....

    Two new ones today:

Now this one is pretty hard to top.
Too bad it's on an Audi.
Audi drivers tend to be tremendously arrogant and aggressive douche bags.
