What ammo for BCM uppers.

Just curious what everyone uses and if anyone has had any problems with a certain brand. This again is for people using bcm uppers. I haven't had a problem with brass or steel in mine so far.
Just wondering what others use for ammo.

The upper will take any ammo.

I only have a bcm barrel but I've shot American eagle ar556 some xm193 from federal without any issues I still haven't tried any steel cased stuff but bcm has a rep for handling everything well!
