Lol, no. Chrono it. The loss would not be that bad, it's not like running 357 mag through a snub (which is a gigantic velocity loss). If you don't have a Chrono I would be glad to let you borrow mine for a long-ass time... lol.

10mm isn’t ideal against a Alaskan grizzley if that’s what your worried about

bear spray, shotgun with slugs, or a revolver in 44 mag are better choices , when it comes to big Alaskan bears capacity doesn’t matter as much as energy transfer, and as much as I love 10mm it falls short of reliably stopping big bears
