The Bradford Skeet Cub used to run IPSC matches. They're no longer active, but the ranges may still be open for practice.

Check out the RI gun rights group. There is a sub-forum here that'll have the URL for them. Worst case, send them a query as to what's down that way w/o crossing the CT border (I think you need a CT permit to bring handguns into the state, much like MA).
