I'm usually on then. I eat my cereal at 4:45 and then go for my walk.

Nah, not crazy, I'm a morning person, and I like to powerwalk in the morning, but I agree, 4:45 wakeup calls aren't fun - but it's the only way I can get my walk in before work. I wouldn't do it after work, so this'll have to do for now. Someday I'll be able to rise like a normal early-riser Besides, I really enjoy the dawn of a new day.

Yeah, I'm a real morning person, too. Given my druthers, I'd take a nice walk and watch the sun come up every morning ... then go home and pack it in until the early afternoon.
