If you’re not victim blaming, then why does it matter? The readily available video shows her climbing through a massive broken glass window of a book case, with her hands up and visibly showing nothing in her hands when that faggot Byrd shot her. There were even capitol police behind her seemingly unconcerned with her, when Byrd shot her. Also telling is that he immediately left and went home, and lawyered up. Was she trespassing? Absolutely. Arguably participating in a riot? Potentially, yes. Deserving of lethal force? Absolutely not.

Edit: Except for the what does it matter part, innocently standing there and climbing through a window while possibly being part of a riot are 2 different scenarios.
 
Who said “innocently standing there”? Not me. Was she breaking the law? Possibly and likely that she was participating in a riot and trespassing in a federal building. Climbing through a broken bookcase glass window was dumb on her part. Was her crime fitting of being shot and killed? In my opinion, not even close.
