WASR-10 Preban in MA?

If I decide to buy one is it considered to be preban in MA. If so would I be ok in stripping it down and rebuilding the receiver with an underfolding stock? Assuming I maintained the correct number of compliance parts.

WASR-10's are POST ban. No more than 2 evil features. Hi-cap and pistol grip and that's it. You can put a folder on it but it has to be pinned or welded. You can put a muzzle brake on but it has to be permanently attached, welded, silver solder, pinned.
