It wasn't as of Nov 3rd when I wrote my Armslist ad (I check, so buyers from ban states don't call me all excited for something I can't ship them). And it has 15 round mags, and I don't recall seeing a version sold with 10 rounders. Whoops, I lied. They DO sell a version with 10 round mags. Still not on the EOPS list, though.
