I got this heavy duty hand truck out of Congress Technical Spray in Dracut. CTS was a powdercoating company, so it's covered with a patina of various residues and gray paint.
It's solid and heavy. Solid rubber tires on those wheels, too.
I thought this would make a cool restoration project, but since I havdn't done anything with it other than use it occasionally to move stuff, I figure it's time to move it along.
