Viewing all your pictures in manage attachments

I'm not very savvy as far as picture posting, editing etc. Is there a way to see what images you have previously saved to your manage attachments image file storage area? I can only see a reference to an image I just uploaded while posting a WTS. I know there are more images stored, but I don't know how to view them or even see a listing of them. Thanks.

Got to User CP. Bottom of left hand column is Miscellaneous. Then click Attachments. You'll see the links and have to click each to view.
