I posted up some new vids from the August matches at Harvard. Including a couple from the rifle match.
Boy, you can tell I only shoot USPSA / action matches with a rifle a couple of times a year! [wink] I left the stage with the texas star out on purpose. Its pretty boring watching me empty a whole magazine to clear it.[laugh]

Thought you guys might enjoy...

Thanks man! That was a fun stage. Those little plates at the end were tricky. I have found the vids to be very helpful in the learning process. You can see what you are doing wrond an watch it over and over and over.

The match we just shot last Sun was by far the worst I think I have ever shot. I had penalty points on every stage except one! [shocked] Hopefully that was just a bad day and I'm not falling into a slump.

Matt,

Cool videos thanks for sharing...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1ohKctpGug - On this video when you went up the left hand side you should have taken those targets on the move not standing still. You could have easily taken 2 seconds off your overall time for sure. You have the ability to be the top limited shooter in this area if you work on movement drills A LOT!!! That is the only difference with you coming in second and not first.

Matt,

You should meet up with Lugnut and myself at Harvard from time to time. We typically set up certain things and work on them a lot. Movement drills are at the top of the list for sure. We do a ton of different and specific drills. At the next Harvard match we should squad together.
