video of suspect in shootout with Lowell Officer

The Lowell Sun has posted a video of the suspect involved in the shoot out with the Lowell Officer. The video shows him target shooting with what looks like a Glock. The range he is at looks very familiar. I hope this idiot was not a LTC holder. The video was on the bottom of the front page via Robert Mills http://www.lowellsun.com/

He is charged with armed assault with intent to murder, unlawfully carrying a firearm, unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, defective equipment, and a red-light violation, according to David Wallace, a spokesman for the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.

I doubt he was licensed.

Red light infraction? Really? He'll probably plead down on the gun infractions, but get jammed up for the faulty red light. This state sucks.

In the article it says he's being charged with unlawful possession of a firearm so it sounds like he wasn't licensed.
