I would like to think so but when you change the existing culture (western first world) by importing 100 million third world illiterates who are completely dependent on government welfare, a lot of things can happen. Look at all of the current unconstitutional actions perpetrated by our current liberal/socialist, multicultural, politically correct, America hating administration and press - and the only response that "conservative" politicians can do is to preserve their own power in DC while trashing the People.
When the goons show up at 3 am and you aren't expecting them, what are you going to do? Anyone who says "it can't happen here" hasn't adjusted to the new reality of our all powerful central government. I hope we can turn it around but not enough people give a shit.

It is not a "living document". It is the law of the land, and it was never intended to be "interpreted". That is why the founders provided a state power focused amendment process. But progressives have been systematically destroying Federalism for a long time so they can get their grubby hands on all of the means of power in one location, under their control.
I don't think so, they're probably just doing what this country does and make laws that directly violate what's stated in the Constitution and just pretend that it's not really there. Only to remember it's existence when it benefits a pol during a campaign speech or something.

I Googled Model MARG 38 and came up with nothing.
Is it a semiauto ?? If so, where does the magazine go, the grip neck area looks too skinny for a magazine.
I'm guessing "38" denotes the caliber, possibly .38 Super ???

The comment about the SHTF will be the mythical go time is all ready debunked. The go time clock stopped years ago, there not going to flip a switch and say OK now over night collect all the guns, they are going to do it strategicly like they are right now threw things like the ACA or just more stupid laws.
The go time clock, we see it every week, whether its Deleo calling for no term limits on a Lt gov seat or the fact we still have the AWB in mass. They will disarm a good portion of us just threw the laws they write and some "loophole" they make up as law, look at NY, NJ and CA think those restrictions will not make it here someday.
Once they have us 75~80% disarmed or down to single shot .22 then the police will step in to mop up the rebels that are holding out, but again like posted above how will you hold off 15 well armed men busting into every door or window at three am, you in your tighty whiteys with even a well tacked out 9mm or 12g your not going to see the morning light.
The best thing to do is educate people and Try to turn the conversation away from the latest football win or dancing with the stars outfits, talk about freedoms and what it was like when we were growing up. Here means nothing, most here are here to be like minded, so thumping our chest here on this site only pumps us up, its the amping up of the sheep we need to do.
