Did they process your payment yet? If you paid by check, credit, or debit card you can see if they charged you yet.
The 60 day window that they have to issue it starts when they process your payment, not when you mail it in. They recieve approximately 300-400 new license applications every day, and only have a small office full of people who process them. I just returned from instructor school out there, so this information is accurate as on June 21st.

They are currently running very close to 50 days, and ask that you not call until 60 days for the reason noted in the post above. The official website is noted in the lower right corner of the application instruction page.
