Utah CCW Permit Question

What is the best place for someone in the greater Springfield to take the course for the Utah CCW permit?

If there is no where around you in Mass..in Newington, CT they do it

did take a Utah CCW class on August 31 @ Mass Firearms I got my CCW permit back in mid September...

I should know better but I didn't even think of GOAL. The members price is pretty good also. The 10/21 class is full so I will keep an eye on the schedule for new classes.

The question I have is does anyone have a definitive list of which states allow carry with a NON-RESIDENT Utah permit. It seems that some of the states that accept the Utah permit only do so for Utah residents...
