Just a reminder that we will be holding our first USPSA Pistol match a week from today on May 17th at Pelham Fish and Game.
The address is 100 Simpson Mill Road, Pelham NH 03076
Sign up is at the action pits from 8-9 am, followed by briefing and first shots at 9:30am. The cost is $20 or $5 for PFG club members. We will have 5 stages for this first match, 3 field courses and 2 classifier stages.
See you there!

important questions:

are there restrooms available / portajohns?

what do you recommend for lunch/dinner heading south after the match?

If you take 38 over towards 93, instead stay on 38 till you hit 28 south - and that is Salem NH, lots of options in that area. I guess it depends on what route you are taking.. I'm not sure I would want to venture too far of a normal path, there are probably a few options right off 93 as well.. like in the Woburn area.

The Fireside on Pelham St in Methuen is good. There's also an Outback and New England Seafood on Pelham St. You can get to the Pelham club from this exit also.

Generally when I've been there the club house is open - if not there's a m/w house near the trap fields, easy to miss if you don't know where it is. Coming in it's on the right, it's a permanent building.

A heads up if you're driving from metro west... The iPhone navigation app will take you through an interesting section of Lowell. Best to plan your route ahead of time.

Great match today guys. I don't want to list names and forget anyone, but thank you too all the staff. Well designed stages that were challenging and fun. Pelham's facilities are top notch, I hope you have continued support from the club and its members.

It is true that PFG requires BOD approval to take pictures or videos. I am very happy that the shooters respected this after it was talked about in the shooters meeting. Here is what you missed, the 3 large field courses that we shot...

Oh man, so I have to actually show up to see what I missed? This is complicated....

Believe me Dan I wanted to get up there and help out and shoot but my daughter has soccer on Sundays until mid summer

Pete, you know I was teasing you. Enjoy your kids before they get old enough to not care if you're there or not. [wink]
We all have to set priorities with our lives, work and hobbies. I hope to get down to Hopkinton again soon.

I don't see the conflict. She has soccer, you have USPSA. It's not like you can help her on the field or she can help you on the range. Unless she's in a father-daughter soccer league, I don't see the problem.
